Abe for me was a love hate... not really hate it a bad way.
I loves this book, but at times I felt scatter - brained and lost. I think I was this way because the characters were too. Unfortunately this also confused me more than I cared for.
Now seriously I always love whenaracter is biracial. I'm biracial myself so it just makes me happy. So that brings us to Four, yes I am stickin with this. She is definitely multifaceted in this story. I both liked and disliked this. I really wish she was more assertive, but that is not her character's personality.
Abe is a control freak. In some ways I loved that Abe knew when to take charge and when to be gentle, but sometimes I didn't know what side of Abe I was getting. Again, not a bad thing he had an inner turmoil the whole time.
I feel like I am pointin g out what annoyed me, but let me state that these annoyances have to do with my personal view on the type of book this is. The characters were truly meant to be as they are and the book goes well with the characters. It really is well written. I am just the type that yells at the TV and in this case wants to yell at the characters.

I new this story was gonna be good I just didn't know how good!
I love Dom. He was real from the beginning and stuck true to himself. As for Laney, I love her too. She is an amazing chick that doesn't take shit just bides her time. The two together are dynamic. Yes they have their problems but they are really a power couple. There was one part I didn't care for because all of a sudden Dominic switched off his caring side and went ape shit. Just didn't fit his character, but then he was back to normal and true to her character, Delaney was blaming herself again.
All in all I loved this book. It is well written and captured me. I honestly read Abe and Dominic in the same day. Loved it!!!
