I thoroughly enjoyed this light-hearted and witty romance.  Rae has been left at the altar and lo and behold the bad boy who's friend with the ex is the one who takes her away to forget every thing that has happened that day. After spending time with Max, Rae realizes that she need to live for her and does just that along with her hysterical best friend. Max has also be burned by his past and plays the field just as well as Rae. With both families putting pressure on them to settle down, they decide that their best plan of action is to be each other's plus one after running into to each other a year later. What ensues from their is feelings that neither were prepared for and very well couldn't deny. I hope there's more to come from this author especially because this story was well written and very well told and I recommend this book for all readers looking for a funny comedy romance that will pull your heartstrings.
