I can admit this book had so many elements in it that I was intriguingly surprised. Alexa can't seem to win for nothing with her life, first she has a stalker ex who's intent or making her his then in another incident with her stalker she rescued, only to become a prisoner to a lady who only goes by the name of ma'am. Enter Kai the delicious Navy Seal tracking down his ex-teammate when intel leads him to Alexa and where she was being kept. From his first meeting he's feeling protective and being in the Navy he thinks that she will be better off without him. Well once he realizes that it all part of a bigger picture and that she was meant to be his, he will not let her go. I enjoyed this book tremendously and love the interaction between all the Seal's who's story I can't wait for being told. This book is filled with suspense, secrets, and so many twist and turns that will leave you wanting to read the books from her other series (Iron Wolves MC). The chemistry was sizzling and Alexa was a woman who despite obstacles never cowered and always stood her ground. Kudos Elle for a great book.

This is sure to turn into a awesome series by the talented Shyla Colt. She weaves a tale so unexpected and breathtakingly beautiful that it just blows you away. We meet Nevada (Nev) who is the daughter of a patched in member of the Kings of Chaos MC (KOC) and selfish mother who has neglected her entire life. After a bit of trouble with another member she's rescued by club enforcer Gage (Wizard) who has known Nev her entire life. To make sure she's protected he takes her on as his old lady in name only. Once he does that we're thrown on to a twister of emotional turmoil that will have you clapping and crying at the same time. What do you do when the man you fell in love with isn't the same person but someone different. Do you fight, retreat back into your shell or do you stick to being the woman that he brought out in you. The plot-line was extraordinary and so out of the ordinary that you can't help but love it. As an avid MC reader I was thoroughly engrossed in this read and could not put it down. Thanks Shyla for a glimpse into a world full of CHAOS.
