This books packs an emotional punch from the first page until the last you will be rooting for Sophia. This girl has been through the ringer by the ones who were suppose to love and cherish her the most which leaves her to becoming seen and not heard. Nox has seen her and knows that she is it for him and will do everything he can to prove to her that in his arms and life is where she is suppose to be. For a quick read there was so much going on the you will literally want to finish the book and not put it down, there's suspense, angst, romance and surprises that will leave you breathless and anticipating the next, I know I am.

“God damn that was beautiful,” he murmured as their gazes clashed together. His eyes full of heat and need. Without thought, she realized they were swaying back and forth as if in tune to a song only they could hear. By the time he’d stopped moving their bodies side to side, he had her in his bed. The implication was clear.

Or so she thought.

“You’ll sleep in here,” he paused until she fixed her eyes on him, “with me.” He must have seen the stricken look in her stare. “We aren’t going to do anything but sleep, Soph. I'm a Canadian girl through and through, I love the mountains, yet I hate the snow. The summer here gets HAWT and I wish it was year round.

Some of my favorite things are cookie dough ice cream from Marble Slab, every Die Hard movie made, and crime drama shows on TV.

I swear like a sailor, don't do frilly girly things. BUT I love when my husband treats me like a queen.

I take photos for fun, and write to breathe. I love to be as creative as I can, when I can.

My family.

My mom and Grandma have supported me through every bad decision, and cheated on the good ones. They're strong woman who I look up to!

My husband, Steven, Scuba Steve, we've been together since I was 17, had our first baby, Savannah, when I was 18, and were married when I was 19. 3 boys, Chase Liam & JD, and 12 years later our family is complete.

Without their constant support (And sometimes badgering) I don't think I would be the woman I am today.

This was such an enjoyable read from beginning to end I love that we got to see things from a prospect perspective compared to most MC stories being about patched in members. max is a prospect who most would think was joining a MC to rebel against his parents but truth being he never felt as if he belonged. He decides to join the Deathstalkers MC Club while on prospect duty with some of the guys old ladies they pick up a stray who's holding something important. Enter Izzy (stray) with no recollection of who she is and why she has what she's holding it. From there we're taking on a journey of close encounters and a connection that is undeniable. I for one was hooked on every word and will definitely being going back to find out more about the members and their old ladies.

 

 

Alexis Noelle lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband, and three kids. On top a writing career, she is a full-time student and a full-time mom. I woke up to my lower half on fire.

At first, I thought it was just an aftereffect of my dreams, but when I finally peeled my eyes open, I could smell smoke.

When I opened my lids and looked down, it was to literally find my panties on fire.

I screamed and rolled; rolling so far in the bed that I hit the floor and kept going.

By the time the fire was finally out, my panties were burned to ash. However, my skin was perfectly fine. In fact, the hairs that I’d planned on having waxed later in the week were gone.

It’d given me a fire waxing…minus the wax.

“What the fuck?” I yelled, staring down at my now hair-free mound.

Blasphemy.

My eyes widened and I looked around. Was someone in the room with me?

I started reaching for the lamp but couldn’t find it. There was a pile of things beside the bed that I’d knocked over in my haste to get up. I could only assume that the lamp was one of those things.

“Light, light, light,” I chanted, shifting through the things on the floor.

My candles that I had interspersed around the room all lit at once, and I screamed.

“What the hell is going on?” I shrieked.

Macy started hammering on the wall, or her boyfriend. Whatever. Fuck her.

I narrowed my eyes at the wall.

That stupid heifer! I’m allowed to scream if I want to. She fucks day and night, and she’s going to bang on my wall to get meto quiet down?

Master Farrow has always had excellent stamina with the ladies.

I froze, turning around and scanning the room.

“Who’s there?” I asked nervously.

A deep, rumbly laugh filled my head and my eyes widened.

“Holy mother of God, get out of my head!” I yelled.

The voice in my head continued to chuckle. Oh, this is almost as good as when Prince Keifer came into his powers. He didn’t shriek like you do, though.

 

I’m a married mother of three. My kids are all under 5, so I can assure you that they are a handful. I’ve been with my paramedic husband now for ten years, and we’ve produced three offspring that are nothing like us. I live in the greatest state in the world, Texas.
